Microwave Air Fryer Manuals: Where to Find Yours
Start with the model number on your appliance, then search the company's site for that exact number. For the Galanz GSWWD09S1A09A, a 0.9 cu ft air fry microwave, we read a 32-page copy of the manual on ManualsLib. Below is where each brand's manual is, which ones we read and which we couldn't find.
The short version
Find the model number on the appliance, then search the company's site for that exact number. We read manuals for the Galanz GSWWD09S1A09A, GE GCST10A1, Panasonic NN-CD87 and Breville BMO870, plus the UK edition for the Ninja MW101. Toshiba's product page had no manual link. Avoid PDF downloads on unrelated sites, and use a manual only if the model number matches.

A microwave air fryer has more rules than a plain microwave: racks that belong in some modes but not others, space rules that change by model, and sometimes a circuit rule. The manual is where those live. See how to use a combo for the basics, or the home page for what these appliances are.
Where is each brand's manual?
This is what we could check on 2 November 2026. "Read" means we read the document.

"Origin Inverter" isn't a brand. It shows up as a feature name in the Toshiba OptiChef Basic listing, so try Toshiba support and see the Toshiba page. For who makes what, see the brand guide.
What does the Galanz manual say?
The GSWWD09S1A09A manual is from Galanz Americas, copyright 2019. It has an Installation Guide on page 6, a Cooking Utensils Guide on page 7, Air Fry on pages 18 and 19 with a food chart, Troubleshooting on page 28, Cleaning and Care on page 29 and the warranty on page 30.
It asks for at least 8 in above the top and 2 in on both sides, and for a counter more than 3 ft above the floor. It says not to remove the feet. It asks for 120 V, 60 Hz, AC only, on 20 amps, and recommends a separate circuit. Those numbers are for this model only. See the Galanz page.
How do I find the right manual?
Read the label
Find the model number on the appliance. Look on the oven front, inside the door frame, on the back or next to the control panel.Copy all of it
Write down every character. GE's GCST10A1WBB and GCST10A1WSS differ only in the last letters, and other brands' endings can mean a different model.Start with the company
Search its site for that exact number. Look for manuals, downloads, specs or support.Check the first page
Make sure the PDF names your model. GE's manual names GCST10A1 on the cover.Save it
Keep the PDF with your receipt. A model can vanish from a company's site once it stops being made.
What should I look up first?
| Your question | Where it usually is |
|---|---|
| How much space does it need? | Installation or safety section. See the clearance guide |
| Which outlet or circuit? | Grounding or wiring section |
| Which rack goes in which mode? | Accessory or cookware chart. See metal and foil |
| How do I air fry a certain food? | Air fry section and chart |
| How do I clean it? | Care and cleaning. See how to clean |
What if I can't find it?
Call the company's support line with the model and serial number. For a retired model, ask whether a PDF is still around. Shopping? A good manual is a fair reason to prefer a model. Check for it before you buy, and read the space and circuit rules before you clear the counter. See the best combos.
Quick questions
Where can I find the manual for my Galanz air fry microwave?
Galanz has a US page for the GSWWD09S1A09A at galanz.com, but it didn't load for us. We read a copy of that model's 32-page manual on ManualsLib. Other Galanz models have different controls, so match the full model number before following any steps.
Where is the model number on a microwave air fryer?
It varies. Panasonic's NN-CD87 manual says the serial number is on the back of the oven or at the left of the control panel. An LG over-the-range manual puts the label on the oven front. Also check inside the door frame. Write down the whole number, including the letters at the end.
Can I use a manual for a similar model?
Only as a rough guide. Controls, accessories and the space it needs can change between similar model numbers. For anything about installation, circuits, racks or foil, use the manual for your exact model or ask the company.
Is there an official PDF for the BLACK+DECKER ES9P032NA?
We didn't find one on a BLACK+DECKER page. Third-party sites list this model, but we couldn't open one to read it, so we can't vouch for them. Contact BLACK+DECKER's customer service with the model number, and check the box first.
What should I read first in a new manual?
The safety and installation section, usually in the first few pages. It sets the space it needs, the outlet and where to put it. Next read the accessory chart, because the rack rules change by mode. Then the air fry and cleaning sections. In the Galanz manual we read, Air Fry starts on page 18 and Cleaning and Care on page 29.
